Designing for Online Delivery (Group Activity)

  1. Review a syllabus for a face-to-face course that you previously taught or participated in before (if it's not your syllabus, please make sure you have permission to use it).
  2. Make recommendations for re-designing this syllabus for an online course based on instructional design and learning theory. Consider how you can design your online course to encourage students to adopt a deep approach to learning.
  3. Share your recommendations with the larger group and note overlaps and divergences in your answers.
