The UNCRC more thoroughly expresses the protections and guidelines that that UNDRC outlined, as UNDRC appears to act more as guiding principles
UNCRC uses “he or she” whereas UNDRC only uses “he” in the articles
The UNCRC also details the ages in which a person is considered a child (under 18)
The UNCRC takes into consideration Indigenous children
